Alone in Japan (Part 2): Osaka

I finally reached the train station and headed myself to Osaka. My phone signal didn't work until I reached the city. I was so relieved as soon I saw those signal bars on my phone!

However, for some reason, as I got out of the train, the signal disappeared again! I saw a 7 Eleven store nearby, restarted my phone and connected my phone to the 7 Eleven WiFi right away. (Although, I already got my signal back once I restarted it. Maybe it just needed restart after all LOL).

*FYI: All 7 Eleven stores in Japan have free WiFi. And almost every corner in Japan, specially the cities, have them!)

And so, I went to meet my friend, Melvin (who made fun of me for my mishaps in Nara lol).

We went straight to Gudetama Cafe-- our friend (who was supposed to be with me) been wanting to go there that's why we went there as her "representatives". lol

Of course, an ice cream after!

After lunch, we went to Umeda Sky Building.

Then we went our separate ways. I went straight to Dotonbori.

Don Quijote -- where you can buy cheap finds like snacks, make ups, key chains, etc. for pasalubongs

They're famous for their cheese cake/ cheese tarts.

I was supposed to go get some fluffy cheese cakes from Rikuro Ojisan and go straight to Den Den Town right after, but I was too tired to walk. So I decided to sit for an hour and watch people pass by...

So, lesson learned. If you plan to visit Nara and Osaka the same day, make sure you're well rested and that you rent a pocket WiFi so the same unfortunate events won't happen to you. HAHA
